Service Description
In between basic cleanings you might just need a maintenance cleaning. A maintenance cleaning is offered at a lower rate and provides everything that a basic cleaning provides, with the exclusion of cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans and light fixtures, windowsills and blinds and dusting for cobwebs. Kitchen - Clean cupboard doors, sink, stovetop, counter tops and backsplash area, clean inside and outside of microwave, outside of fridge, dishwasher and small appliances, vacuum, and wash floor. Clean table and chairs. Wash baseboards and trim. Bathrooms - Clean shower enclosures, tub and tiles, sink, mirrors, toilet, and polish fixtures. Hand wash floors. wash baseboards, trim and walls around toilet and sink. Bedrooms - Bedrooms Dust all surfaces, Windex mirrors, dust furniture and vacuum floors. Make beds. Living Areas - Dust all surfaces, Windex mirrors, dust furniture, vacuum floors.
